2. Description of Service

SmartLuke is an AI comparison platform that allows users to submit prompts to multiple artificial intelligence providers (including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, and Grok) simultaneously and compare their responses side by side.

3. Account Registration

To use SmartLuke, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by signing in through a supported third-party provider (Google, Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Token System and Payments

SmartLuke operates on a token-based system. Tokens are required to submit queries to AI providers. Tokens can be purchased through the application using secure payment processing powered by Stripe.

Token prices are displayed in EUR before purchase. Purchased tokens are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. IPSTAND reserves the right to modify token pricing at any time, with notice to existing users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SmartLuke to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the platform
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated responses commercially without authorization

6. AI-Generated Content

Responses provided by AI providers are generated automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. IPSTAND does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. Users should independently verify any information obtained through SmartLuke.

7. Intellectual Property

The SmartLuke application, brand, logo, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of IPSTAND. Users retain ownership of their input prompts. AI-generated responses are subject to the respective terms of each AI provider.

8. Account Termination

IPSTAND reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, unused tokens will be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

SmartLuke is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. IPSTAND shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

10. Modifications

IPSTAND reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in France.
